1. A newly registered user Account on the Adara Platform has an “Unverified” status. You must pass KYC to start using the full functionality of the Adara Platform.2. Once documents are uploaded to start the verification process, your status changes to Under Review.
3. If the Account doesn't pass KYC process, it’s status will be updated to Couldn’t be verified, please update your documents and try again.
4. If you have successfully passed KYC, your Account will have the status Verified - and now you can deposit/withdraw funds and trade on the Adara Platform.5. In 30 days before the expiration date of your documents — you will get a following status update.
6. Expired — one of your documents has expired. Please repeat and pass KYC procedures again with valid documents.
